RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

You may return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding any original shipping costs). We aim to process refunds within 5 Days. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received a wrong or defective item, etc.).  Returns should be by Royal Mail and you should obtain a proof of posting certificate from the Post Office.
